What we collect
Contact form: when you use “Start a conversation”, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you submit. Nothing is collected from the form until you press send.
Usage analytics: we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location by city, device and browser type). Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers.
Technical logs: like almost every website, our servers and our short-link service (watansolutions.com/s/…) keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry. That is the only use of contact-form data.

To keep the site secure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through our CRM provider, which processes them on our behalf.
Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics) under Google’s data-processing terms.
We do not share personal data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

The site sets analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to distinguish visits and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any business relationship that follows. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing.
